Plain-language summary. Relay is an agent observability product by oprag.ai. This describes how we handle data today. A full legal review will replace this before Enterprise contracts.
What we collect
Account email (Cognito signup), organization and workspace names, agent sessions (hook events, tool calls, transcripts, and timestamps), environment metadata from your developer machines, and adapter credentials or API keys (stored encrypted or hashed server-side).
Where data lives
On Relay's managed AWS infrastructure — not in your AWS account. Session payloads and transcripts in S3, metadata in DynamoDB. Data is isolated by organization and workspace.
How we use it
To capture agent runs from your IDE hooks, replay sessions in the Architect dashboard, and serve the Relay API and CLI. We do not use your session content to train shared models or sell data.
Retention
Agent sessions remain until you delete them, they expire per your plan's retention window, or you close your account. Contact us for deletion requests.
Third parties
AWS (hosting and managed services). Google Analytics on relay.oprag.ai for anonymous traffic measurement (page views, referrers, device type). No ad networks. No third-party model providers outside our AWS environment.
Your choices
Delete sessions in the Architect dashboard, revoke adapter credentials and API keys, and cancel anytime from billing settings.
Changes
We update this page and the date above when practices change. See also our Security overview.
